Return Policy
As a marketplace, return policies may vary by seller. Each seller sets their own return window and conditions. Please check the seller's return policy on their shop page before purchasing.
General Guidelines
- Most sellers accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for returns.
- Perishable goods and intimate items (e.g., underwear) are generally not returnable.
How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
- Select the order and click "Request Return."
- Provide a reason for the return and submit.
- The seller will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and the item is received by the seller, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (mobile money or card via Paystack).
Disputes
If you and the seller cannot reach an agreement, contact our support team at support@sellub.com and we will mediate.
