By accessing or using the Sellub marketplace platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Sellub is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Ghana. We provide a platform for sellers to list and sell their products, and for buyers to browse and purchase them.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, honour listed prices, and fulfil orders in a timely manner. Sellers are responsible for the quality and legality of their products.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and make timely payment for purchases. Fraudulent orders or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Sellub does not store payment card details. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and costs vary by seller and location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Sellub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies may vary by seller. Please review individual seller policies before making a purchase. For disputes, contact our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sellub acts as a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for the products sold by third-party sellers. We do our best to verify sellers but cannot guarantee every transaction.
